When do I pay?
Submit first. We review your tool, then invite you to pay €29 to publish it. You’re never charged for a rejected submission.
Does my listing include a dofollow backlink?
Yes. Every paid listing includes a direct dofollow backlink from its tool page on buildlist.net. Unpaid editorial listings use nofollow links. Your backlink stays followed after an optional sponsorship ends, as long as your paid listing remains published. Search engines decide how they treat links; indexing and ranking gains are not guaranteed.
Does paying guarantee results?
No. Buildlist is a growing directory. We don’t promise traffic, leads, sales, or search rankings. Sponsorship purchases visibility within the directory, not a guaranteed audience.
How long does my listing stay?
The one-time listing stays published while the directory operates and your tool follows our guidelines. You can update it from your dashboard; updates are reviewed.
Is sponsorship a subscription?
No. It runs for 30 days after payment confirmation, then ends automatically. You can purchase another placement after it expires.
Can I list an open-source project?
Yes. The directory includes editorially selected resources as well as paid submissions. Editorial selection is independent of payment.
